The Marketing and Communication team is looking for an Event & Communication Intern in Belgium. You will be in charge of the internal and external community animation with the deployment of various events, you will also be responsible for the internal communication strategy and will promote the employer brand on the company's social media.

Your missions :
1.Preparation, animation and follow-up of the internal and external event strategy
* Prepare, coordinate, and follow-up of internal and external events
* Orchestrate and ensure the smooth running of the events during all stages of organisation
* Anticipate the logistical, operational and organisational needs
* Monitor events/venues and research new concepts
* Ensure the follow-up of KPIs and the analysis of the event's performance
* Maintain relations with all stakeholders (cooperators, speakers, organising team, service providers, etc.)
2. Facilitating communication within the organisation
* Animate and develop internal communication channels
* Align the internal communication strategy to enhance community animation
* Ensure the monitoring of KPIs and performance analysis of our internal strategy (called: Life At Wemanity)
3. Management and deployment of the employer branding strategy
* Prepare, coordinate, and follow-up of candidates events jointly with the recruitment team
* Prepare the Onboarding day and ensure the smooth running with the stakeholders
* Track and manage goodies stocks
* Bring graphic support
* Carry out internal reward actions
* Contribute to the redaction of videos scripts and scenarios to showcase the internal culture
* Contribute to the Shooting and edition of videos
You may also be asked to intervene on other subjects depending on the needs and your ideas!
As an Event & Communication Intern at Wemanity, you play a pivotal role in the end-to-end execution of internal and external events and communication, ensuring smooth operations and anticipating logistical needs. Your responsibilities extend to monitoring event performance through KPIs and fostering relationships with stakeholders. Internally, you focus on animating communication channels, aligning strategies with events for enhanced community engagement, and analysing the effectiveness of the internal strategy "Life At Wemanity." Additionally, you are integral to the management and deployment of the employer branding strategy, involving coordination of candidate events, tracking promotional items, providing graphic support and executing internal rewards, and contributing to video content creation.
