Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver projects that enhance the customer experience, such as Instant Payment journey, My ING reboot, and web-app Touchpoint improvements.
* Prepare functional specifications to guide development teams and ensure alignment with business requirements.
* Collaborate with Tech and test improvement initiatives to ensure successful solution implementation.
* Participate in all sprint events (planning, refinements, retrospectives, demos).
* Address urgent incidents and improvement needs promptly.
* Contribute to ensuring a safe and secure application by supporting risk initiatives.
