Role Overview:
As a Maintenance Engineer Lab Equipment, you ensure our laboratory equipment operates flawlessly, directly supporting the production of cutting-edge cell therapies. Major Responsibilities:
* Hands-on maintenance: Perform reactive, preventive, and predictive maintenance to keep lab equipment at peak performance
* Technical troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve equipment issues quickly, minimizing downtime and ensuring seamless operations
* Compliance & safety: Ensure all maintenance activities meet strict cGMP standards, adhering to safety and quality regulations at all times
* Accurate documentation: Log all maintenance activities in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), ensuring compliance with good documentation practices
* Process optimization: Support equipment upgrades and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reliability, and performance
* Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with engineers, production teams, and quality experts to ensure smooth operations and timely product release
Profile:
* A bachelor’s degree in engineering, electromechanics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
* Either a recent graduate eager to apply your skills or a maintenance professional with hands-on experience
* Extensive in-house training is provided to ensure a smooth transition into your role
* Fluency in Dutch and English is required. Additional language skills are a plus
