About the Role
We are looking for a
Senior Financial Analyst
to take on a broad, high-impact finance role within a
fast-growing organization
. This position combines
hands-on operational finance
with
strategic financial analysis
. You will work closely with leadership, support key business decisions, and help build scalable financial processes from the ground up.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Strategy
* Build, maintain, and improve the company's financial plan to support
investments, fundraising, due diligence, and corporate finance processes
.
* Develop and analyze
financial models and business cases
for new initiatives (e.g. new business models).
* Prepare clear, decision-ready
financial presentations
for external stakeholders such as banks and suppliers.
Financial Control & Operations
* Perform
cost controlling
by comparing actuals versus budget and financial plans.
* Support the
implementation of a new accounting setup
, including SG&A Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
* Improve financial reporting, transparency, and data quality in a lean environment.
Process & Systems Improvement
* Structure, document, and automate cross-functional processes across
Finance, Administration, Sales, and Purchasing
.
* Support and optimize
contract management workflows
, including tools such as DocuSign.
* Contribute to finance-related digitization initiatives using modern tools such as, AI Chatbots,....
Market Insights
* Conduct
market research and competitive analysis
to support strategic decision-making.
* Translate market and operational data into actionable financial insights.
Ad-hoc & Special Projects
* Support contract creation and review from a financial perspective.
* Lead or contribute to one-off projects and internal improvement initiatives.+
Job requirements:
* 2-4 years of experience in
financial analysis, controlling, or a similar finance role
* An algorithmic mindset: Strong analytical and modelling skills combined with the ability to synthesize and communicate succinctly
* The ability to connect
operational accounting to financial modelling
would be a strong plus
* Hands-on, pragmatic, and comfortable working with ambiguity
* Able to switch easily between
detail and strategy
* Strong communication skills with both financial and non-financial stakeholders
* Systems & tools
* Excel is a must, adding SQL on top would be great
* Exact Online and/or Odoo
* Workflow automation tools:, Zapier, n8n, Workato, UI Bakery...
* Fluent English is mandatory; proficiency in Dutch is an advantage.
