Project Coordinator / Project Manager!

We are looking for two Project Coordinators to join our project management organization o address a significant backlog of customer demands. These roles are designed to support senior project managers by taking over commodity-level tasks, allowing them to focus on strategic activites. The coordinators will manage repetitive, process-driven tasks related to service delivery and installation coordination, ensuring timely and efficient execution.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute specific tasks within larger projects or manage SME-level projects

• Coordinate administratie and technical tasks related to customer service requests

• Liaise with internal departments, engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors

• Schedule and follow up on installations e.g., fiber, coax, IPVPN)

• Ensure timely delivery of project tasks and committed deliverables within scope, tie, and

budget

• Document project information, technical details, and progress reports

• Handle administratie tasks such as billing, handover to operations and maintaining

documentation

• Provide regular updates to project managers and/or clients

• Identify and report risks related to specific tasks or components

• Maintain structured tracking of multiple parallel demands

• Support the delivery organization y executing tasks triggered from administratie intake

Requirements & Qualifcations:

• Technical background or education i electronics, networking, or telecom

• Familiarity with telecom concepts such as fiber, coax, IPVPN, routers, and modems

• Experience in coordinating with multiple stakeholders

• Ability to manage high-volume, repetitive tasks efficiently

• Not suitable for recent graduates without relevant technical exposure

Must have skills:

• Strong communication an interpersonal skills

• Stress resilience and ability to manage multiple parallel tasks

• Initiatie and self-management

• Basic understanding of telecom and network terminology

• Time management and ability to meet deadlines

• Leadership skills to guide stakeholders and ensure task completion

• Customer-oriented mindset

• Dutch & English

Nice to have skills:

• Experience with project coordinationor project management

• Familiarity with project management tools or methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2 Foundation

• Telecom industry experience

• French language skills

• Personal interest or hands-on experience with networking or telecom setups
