Responsibilities
:
As the Employee Relations & Policies Associate Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and maintaining positive industrial relations within our organization. Your responsibilities include:
1. Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for workers' councils, labor unions, and other relevant stakeholders. Establish and nurture strong relationships between management and employee representatives to ensure effectivemunication and collaboration
2. Maintain precise oversight of industrial relations documentation, monitoring advancements, and guaranteeing adherence to legal standards and regulations.. Keep industrial relations records up-to-date with regulatory standards and internal policies.
3. Leadership Support and Administration: Provideprehensive support to the HR Lead and other stakeholders in HR-related projects and initiatives. Assist in organizing and facilitating meetings, tracking follow-up actions, and managing reporting requirements.
Your Team and Environment:
You will collaborate closely with the Employee Relations team within the Human Resources department, as well as other Corporate Functions teams including Finance, Legal, and Information Management. Together, we strive to optimize operations, drive collaboration, and achieve shared goals.
Your Background and Skills:

5. Strong attention to detail and amitment to accurate record-keeping.
6. Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including effective task management and responsiveness.
7. Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
8. Excellent written and verbalmunication skills in English and Dutch/French.
9. Proficiency in MS Office tools; familiarity with relevant industrial relations legislation and practices is advantageous.
