analyse, advise, and monitor contractual obligations for various projects together with the project managers act as the link between the Fire, Safety, Audiovisual & Mobility divisions and the central Contract Management department of Equans Belux support teams in interpreting contract clauses, SLAs, and change orders assist the tender team in analysing contractual risks (planning, technical, financial) and prepare input for our risk selection committees assist project managers in managing contracts with clients, consortia, subcontractors, and suppliers contribute to improving internal processes and tools for contract follow-up a master’s degree in engineering, business administration, or law (or equivalent through experience) at least 5 years of experience in contract management, project control, or project management within industrial or infrastructure projects (experience with DBFM is a plus) experience with complex xphnsxz partnership structures and subcontractor management thorough knowledge of public procurement legislation excellent command of Dutch and good knowledge of French and English proactive relationship management; You work on challenging, diverse projects and assist our clients with today’s three major transitions: the energy transition, the industrial transition, and the digital transition.
