Working in the Operations Partner Management team:
The Operations Partner Management team is responsible for the qualitative delivery of all service demands of our stakeholders via a broad set of partners. As a team, we closely monitor these partnerships and follow-up on their performance.
Traditional subcontractor management through KPIs & SLAs is just the beginning. We are open to and believe in true partnerships and tirelessly explore transformations & innovations to improve both the cost structure & upgrade the quality of our operations. Your role as Service Delivery Manager:
1. Strategic Partnership Management: As a Service Delivery Manager, you serve as the key connector between internal teams and external operational partners. With a strong ability to understand diverse stakeholder perspectives, you translate their needs into actionable strategies that drive success. You manage a range of collaboration models — from traditional subcontracting to long-term strategic partnerships.
2. Service Delivery Oversight: You ensure the correct execution of operational activities by pro-actively monitoring service deliveries; analyzing, and adjusting processes in alignment with SLAs, and budgetary constraints. You can process & shape data reporting and translate them into broader insights.
3. Transformation and Continuous Improvement: You’re not afraid of exploring new ideas, to test and learn and to continuously adapt based on the insights you’ve gained along the way. You steer and support the organization to translate concepts and ideas into processes, instructions, contracts… and actively capture feedback and translate them into ideas and concepts to improve total cost of ownership without sacrificing customer experience.
Our ideal Service Delivery Manager:
4. You have a master's degree, preferably in a relevant field such as Telecommunications, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline. However, relevant experience and insightful perspectives are equally valued.
5. You have at least 5 years of experience in service delivery management or similar roles, demonstrating a strong track record of success.
6. Being hands-on and pragmatic come naturally to you; you work fast, shift gears quickly and are always prepared for unexpected challenges. You like to take the lead and provide proactive advice & feedback on the services provided by the partners through service management meetings.
7. Your backpack is filled with analytical skills, and you demonstrate the ability to be very detailed when needed, yet you maintain the overall view.
8. You continuously seek for improvements and have a proven ability to transform businesses in a top-down fashion based on solid notions of cost estimations and budgeting.
9. You have strong communication skills in Dutch and English (French is a plus).
10. It would make you proud to say that you contribute to the (r)evolution towards the digital world.
