As the successful Area Sales Manager - Belux - Enteral Feeding solution - you will have the following responsibilities:
* Manage and grow a portfolio of hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions across BeLux.
* Promote and sell a range of medical nutrition devices and solutions to clinical stakeholders (from procurement to Practitioners).
* Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and market share growth.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, medical affairs, and customer service.
* Provide product training and support to healthcare professionals.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategy.
* Represent the company at industry events, congresses, and product launches.
As the successful Area Sales Manager - Belux - Enteral Feeding solution - you will have the following requirements:
* At least Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Life Sciences or related field - or equivalent by experience
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales or account management role within the medical devices or healthcare sector.
* Strong knowledge of the hospital landscape in the region is mandatory.
* Proven ability to build long-term relationships and drive commercial success.
* Fluent in Dutch, French & English.
* Willingness to travel frequently across Belgium and Luxembourg.
* Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute account plans, identify growth opportunities, and align commercial strategies with customer needs.
* Customer-Centric: Strong interpersonal skills with a consultative approach to building long-term partnerships with clinical and administrative stakeholders.
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Analytical Mindset: Comfortable with data analysis, sales reporting, and using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to track performance and customer engagement.
* Autonomy & Drive: Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently while managing a national territory.
* Adaptability: Able to navigate a complex, regulated environment and adapt to evolving clinical and market dynamics.
