Full-Stack .NET React.js Developer – In-House Product Role
Belgium | €4500–5000 gross/month | + Belgium Benefits
An established industrial group in Belgium is hiring its first in-house Full-Stack Developer to take ownership of a fast-growing IoT platform used globally by end customers and distributors. This is a key permanent hire – the company is moving away from outsourced development and investing in internal expertise to scale and future-proof their tech.
The Product
You'll be working on a digital platform that gives customers real-time access to connected machinery data, documents, diagnostics, and performance insights. Think of it as the control tower for entire factory networks – with a strong focus on clean, intuitive design and reliable, secure performance.
Core features include:
* SmartLink dashboards with factory visualizations
* Exportable and schedulable reporting
* Customer-facing document upload and management
* Diagnostics, optimization tools, and user-specific views
What You’ll Do
* Own full-stack development using .NET (C#), React.js, and Azure
* Build and refine back-end logic to handle high data loads securely and efficiently
* Work closely with designers and stakeholders to ensure a top-tier user experience
* Apply best practices in TDD and secure software design
* Help shape the future of the platform from a product-first mindset
What We’re Looking For
* Mid to senior-level experience as a Full-Stack Developer
* Solid hands-on expertise in .NET, React.js, and Azure (AWS is a bonus)
* Product mindset – experience building and scaling customer-facing applications
* Not purely back-end – you should have a good eye for UI/UX and care about front-end quality
* Experience with transactional or data-intensive systems is a strong plus
* Someone already based in Belgium and interested in a long-term in-house role
Soft Skills Matter Too
* Doesn’t need to be an extrovert – they value sharp thinkers with high standards
* Comfortable working independently and contributing to design discussions
* Consistency and visual polish matter: we want someone who notices the small things
Why Apply?
This is a rare chance to join a globally recognized company at the ground level of a product that’s becoming central to its operations. If you're looking to step away from consultancy or project-based work and invest yourself in something long-term, this could be the right fit.
