About You

We're looking for a commercially sharp Account Executive to own the full sales cycle and build our go-to-market motion from the ground up. You'll sell into law firms, PE/VC funds, and corporate acquirers — navigating multi-stakeholder deals with senior decision-makers and closing new business that matters.


This is an early-stage role with real impact. We're looking for someone who rolls up their sleeves and leads by example. You'll work directly with the founders and shape how Emma Legal goes to market.


What You'll Do

* Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and discovery through to negotiation and close.
* Build and maintain a healthy pipeline via outbound, inbound follow-up, and industry events.
* Develop deep product expertise to position Emma as a strategic advantage for deal teams.
* Deliver compelling demos and presentations that convert.
* Hit quarterly and annual revenue targets with disciplined CRM hygiene (HubSpot).
* Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success to tighten the GTM loop.


What You Bring

* 3–5 years in B2B SaaS sales with a consistent track record of hitting quota.
* Background in or strong familiarity with corporate law or legal services.
* Proven ability to run complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
* Sharp consultative selling and discovery skills — you listen before you pitch.
* Near-native English is required; additional languages (French, Dutch, German, Spanish) are a plus.
* Familiarity with BANT, MEDDIC, or similar methodologies.
* Big plus: you're a former corporate lawyer.
