“In research, you have the time and opportunity to let your project team explore their ideas. Together, you search for what might work. I used to work as a technical expert, but now, as a technical project manager, I handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously. That variety is refreshing, and I really enjoy it.” (Diana, Technical Project Manager since 2019 @ Flanders Make)
“Working with many partners (private and academic) keeps your scope broad. My scope is never limited to a single technical detail….” (Chris, Technical Project Manager since 2016 @ Flanders Make)
