POSITION SUMMARY
A skilled Housekeeping Director is sought after to oversee the entire guest experience related to cleanness and Stateroom service onboard a luxury vessel. This role requires outstanding hospitality, communication, and organizational skills, as well as effective decision-making abilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Executing premium service with exceptional attention to detail to ensure seamless execution of all guests' experiences.
* Maintaining full ownership and accountability for the maintenance and cleanness of each assigned area and service leading the Team.
Hiring Qualifications:
* Five to seven years of housekeeping managerial experience in an upscale hotel, resort, or cruise line.
* Prioritizing knowledge of cleaning procedures regarding public health standards.
* Demonstrated ability to communicate tactfully with department heads, coworkers, and other shipboard crewmembers to resolve problems and negotiate resolutions.
