What will you do: Our Business Continuity & Resilience team helps organizations prepare for, manage and recover from disruptions. We design and improve frameworks that strengthen operational resilience, business continuity and disaster recovery. Help clients develop and enhance Business Continuity and Crisis Management programs (e.G., ISO 22301). Advise on governance, roles and responsibilities, and support the planning and execution of testing exercises. Review and improve crisis response approaches and broader resilience strategies. Conduct risk assessments, BIAs and continuity planning to strengthen preparedness. Guide clients on regulatory requirements (e.G., CER) and recognized best practices. Work closely with risk, compliance and operations teams to embed resilience into broader risk frameworks. Support clients on their ISO 22301 certification journey and help increase continuity maturity levels. We collaborate across a variety of industries, combining practical experience with deep expertise in risk and resilience. What do you need: A Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. 3–5 years of experience in risk management, business continuity, crisis management or disaster recovery, either in‑house or as a consultant. Solid understanding of business continuity practices (ISO 22301 is a plus). Familiarity with EU/BE regulations such as DORA, NIS2 and CER. Experience conducting BIAs, risk assessments and continuity planning. Strong analytical skills and a practical, hands‑on mindset. Fluency in Dutch and English (French is a plus). A proactive, collaborative approach, with the ability to work independently and contribute to business growth. Confidence working with AI tools, with a thoughtful and critical mindset toward applying AI in daily tasks and team collaboration.
