Are you a hands‑on procurement professional with sharp negotiation skills and a talent for stakeholder management?
Support our client’s workforce as our ambassador in a temporary full‑time assignment from April to end of September (extension possible).
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you support category execution, secure value from suppliers, and ensure operational excellence across tools and processes.
You will:
• Support category strategy execution and the 360° vendor review.
• Run sourcing activities (RFI/RFQ), lead negotiations, and manage supplier relationships.
• Prepare and analyze spend, price, and performance data to steer decisions and negotiations.
• Coordinate with Legal on contracts and with Finance on performance tracking.
• Capture stakeholder requirements, ensure procurement involvement based on thresholds, and manage requests.
• Embed sustainability criteria into sourcing events and agreements.
• Maintain process, tools, dashboards, and compliance to drive consistency and visibility.
• Collaborate across multiple European countries and therapeutic areas; join regular team and project meetings.
Your Profile:
* You have 3 years of experience in (in)direct procurement, ideally within Marketing & Selling categories.
* You are confident in managing supplier relationships and internal stakeholder expectations.
* You have strong negotiation and contracting abilities.
* You have solid analytical skills and experience using procurement tools and data.
* You have excellent communication skills and are fluent in English.
