If you thrive in dynamic industrial environments and enjoy leading multidisciplinary CAPEX initiatives from concept to execution, this role is for you.Your ResponsibilitiesAs a Capex Civil Project Manager, you will oversee civil and infrastructure projects supporting site operations, compliance, and continuous improvement. Your key responsibilities will include:Project ManagementDefine project scopes in collaboration with end‐users and technical teamsConduct feasibility studies, root cause analyses, and assess ROIPlan project phases, budgets, schedules, and resourcesLead steering committees, progress meetings, and risk reviews.Execution & CoordinationManage contractors, design offices, and internal stakeholdersSupervise on‐site works with focus on safety, quality, and complianceEnsure proper preparation of method statements, work permitsCoordinate multidisciplinary activities (civil works, utilities, automation, finishing works...).Technical ScopeProjects may include (non‐exhaustive):Structural reinforcement & renovationFacility upgrades (offices, production areas, hygiene zones)Installation of platforms, equipment supports, and access structuresDrainage, roofing, and network refurbishmentsEnergy efficiency and insulation initiativesCompliance‐driven improvements (environment, safety, food standards).Your ProfileYou are a civil‐oriented project manager with strong technical judgement and experience in industrial environments, with additional qualifications :A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related fieldA minimum of 5 years of experience in CAPEX project management in industrial sectors (food, pharma, chemicals, or similar)A strong expertise in civil works, infrastructure, and construction coordinationThe ability to manage multiple stakeholders and contractorsA solid understanding of safety, quality standards, and regulatory constraintsSkilled in project planning, cost control, and technical problem solving.The Recruitment ProcessIf you apply for this position through Nalys, you will follow our structured recruitment path:First Call / Screening – You will be contacted by Olivia Braszko, Talent Acquisition Specialist at Nalys, for an initial interview and introductionTechnical Interview – A second discussion will be held with our Technical Director alongside the Talent Acquisition SpecialistFinal Interview – You will meet with our Business Unit Director, Jimmy Rousseaux, for the final validation.How to ApplyInterested in joining the Nalys adventure? xjsrcvqClick and Apply directly here or on our website.We look forward to meeting you!
