Description Job Summary: The Business Unit Controller for Distribution Commercial is an expert in the Commercial activities relating to the Distribution Centre and acts as a finance partner to Commercial Finance. This person supports actively the Liege Finance organization in delivering insightful information on a consistent and standardized basis to enhance management decision making. This role will be responsible for reporting and analysing the costs associated with Commercial requirements and will be the Cost to Serve specialist within the Finance team. Additionally, this role will be responsible for managing capital projects. The position is based in our Liege office and reports to the Business Unit Control Manager. Responsibilities Essential Functions & Accountabilities: Look at monthly revenue vs shipped volumes Establish revenue and distribution KPIs for month end reviews Cost to Serve preparation, analysis and entries Review Cost to serve with Commercial Finance and present to senior management Calculate Cost to Serve for forecast/budget cycles Track capex monthly, including cash flow Review monthly CIP movements w/project managers Capex Forecast/Budget Prepare forecast/budget decks Manage CIP and fixed asset additions related internal controls Maintain ad hoc business partnering Ensure the audits associate to capex Qualifications Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Technical skills Good knowledge of Microsoft Office environment with strong Excel skills Demonstrate a quick understanding of finance with a Logistic orientation Knowledge of Tableau is a plus Generic skills Fluent in French and English Demonstrate a flexible and logical mindset Behavioral skills Respecting timelines is a must have Ability to participate in multi-cultural, multi-linguistic operating environment Teamplayer and communicator
