Chief Operating Officer (m/f)
Executive position on the payroll.
Company:
Our client is the Belgian sales and after-sales subsidiary of a large international group. The company is located in walking distance from the Brussels central railroad station.
Role:
Daily management of the technical field service staff.
Background:
Experience in organizing the efficient deployment of a large technical team, delivering quality, testing, repair and maintenance solutions, for the Belgian installed base clientele.
Profile:
* A dynamic executive / senior manager with relevant experience in managing either: repair and technical intervention field services, or a remote testing & quality assurance organization, or field operations in a water-, gas- or electricity distribution entity, or a large in-bound call center.
* Result-driven.
* Stress resistant.
* Strong communication skills.
* Master degree with minimum 10 years of relevant management experience.
* Perfect trilingual Dutch-French-English.
* Able to operate as a dynamic ExCo team member.
