We are searching for the best talent for
Clinical Support Specialist Biosense Webster (CSS) - Luxembourg, Wallonia and Brussels regions.
Purpose:
Work in close collaboration with the Account Manager and oversee the commercial development of his/her territory.
You Will Be Responsible For
* Offer clinical support to customers during procedures performed with Biosense Webster product, such as product training.
* Increase Biosense Webster product penetration in the accounts, though clinical presentations of the technology, product training, regular follow-up with accounts post product introduction etc.
* Optimize practitioner efficiency through optimal product usage.
* Training/coaching on product usage with the goal of getting the customer independent on product usage.
* Identify customer needs and position BW products to match them.
* Collaborate closely with the Product Specialist.
Qualifications / Requirements
* Scientific background (Engineer degree preferred)
* Track record on customer management
* Willingness to use new technology
* Ability to read and understand clinical publications
* Fluent in French and English
* Communication skills (oral, written and presentation)
