The IT Manager manages a multidisciplinary team (size 7 FTE) and acts as the key interface between CE business internal stakeholders, external stakeholders and the Goodman Global IT team. The IT Manager is accountable for the secure, resilient, and compliant operation of the regional IT and Operational Technology (OT) landscape in CE. The role ensures that IT systems, applications, data, and operational technologies are secure, fit-for-purpose, aligned with business needs and technology strategy (global and CE), and compliant to the global standards and required legislation or regulations.: Leadership & Governance Lead and further a multidisciplinary CE IT Team (IT service delivery, Hardware/Software, OT, business intelligence, business analysis, documentation management, cybersecurity,) Set clear priorities, goals and accountabilities for the team aligned to business/technology strategy and commitments to be audit-ready, allocate resources to technical workstreams Ensure clear accountability, documentation, and audit readiness Vendor & Financial management Own the IT budget, forecasting and cost optimisation Ensure strong commercial outcomes and service performance through effective vendor governance Program management Drive the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics as the CE ERP program together with our consulting partners In this role, champion the Microsoft first/unified platform strategy whilst supporting CE business users as their technology partner. Application Architecture & Portfolio Management Own and govern the regional application portfolio, ensuring security at design and lifecycle management Assess functional and technical fit of existing and new applications Oversee integration, data flows, and dependencies to ensure resilience and risk transparency Support RFP and vendor selection with security, compliance, and architecture criteria while prioritising the unified platform strategy Global Alignment Serve as the primary CE liaison to the Goodman Global IT team, ensuring alignment with global policies, standards, and strategy. Communicate CE roadmaps to the Global IT team and collaborate to deliver efficient, unified outcomes where possible. Maintain comprehensive CE documentation within the global applications portfolio and knowledge base. Manage the CE technology budget as part of the global technology budget. Cybersecurity and Compliance Ensure cyber risk assessments, security controls, policies and resilience measures are implemented for IT and OT environments. Ensure incident detection, response, escalation, and reporting processes in line with GDPR, NIS2, DORA and European regulatory requirements in alignment with global IT policies Alignment with local and group compliance, risk, and governance requirements Do you recognize yourself? Senior IT leader (15 years of experience) with strong people and stakeholder management experience Experience in managing a multi-disciplinary team Experience in leading an ERP implementation is a must Experience with cybersecurity regulations Experience within international or complex companies is a plus Experience in Real Estate is a plus Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and/or Yardi is a plus Analytical mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving Fluent in written and spoken English Willingness to travel within Europe Not sure if you fit the profile?
