For an international industrial player active in large-scale process and energy infrastructure, we are looking for an Electrical Engineer with proven experience in high-voltage systems. In this role, you take ownership of electrical reliability, system design and project coordination across a technically advanced industrial site.
Responsibilities
* Lead and execute electrical engineering projects, including system extensions, modifications, and upgrades.
* Develop technical concepts and documentation covering scope, cost, and design approval.
* Coordinate design, implementation, commissioning, and start-up of electrical systems and substations.
* Supervise external suppliers and contractors, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, FAT/SAT procedures, and safety regulations.
* Monitor and optimize the reliability and performance of MV/HV networks and protection systems.
* Act as the key technical reference for all electrical matters within the organization.
* Review QA/QC documentation, maintain system records, and ensure design integrity across all electrical installations.
* Contribute to operational excellence by developing maintenance strategies, procedures, and training initiatives.
Profile
* Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical background.
* Strong hands-on experience with medium and high-voltage installations, including switchgear, transformers, protection relays, and distribution systems.
* Knowledge of network analysis, fault detection, and electrical protection coordination.
* Familiar with CMMS systems and electrical safety standards.
* Analytical, proactive, and solution-driven mindset.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively across disciplines.
