Then this role as an FTTH Fiber Designer at WKF Engineering is exactly what you are looking for. /ph3What you’ll be doing /h3pAs an strongFTTH Fiber Designer /strong, you design high-quality OSP and PON networks for various telecom operators and grid owners. You translate technical information into accurate FTTH designs and support the full design cycle. /ppYour tasks include: /ppCreating FTTH, OSP and PON network designs /ppWorking with Comsof Fiber, QGIS, ArcGIS and AutoCAD /ppPreparing HLD, LLD and as-built iterations /ppCollecting required information such as GRB data, customer scope, protected buildings and possible installation routes /ppProcessing and structuring all information inside the GIS platform /ppApplying Comsof Fiber algorithms to generate HLD /ppManually optimising HLD results /ppApplying design logic (facade, trenching, aerial) /ppEnsuring correct material use in all network layers /ppOptimising ducts and cables /ppPreparing the Bill of Materials (BOM) /ppExporting BOM sheets /ppPreparing construction documents such as civil works plans, blowing plans and splicing plans /ph3What we expect from you /h3pYou are a motivated designer with strong technical insight and a structured way of working.
