What you will do
You will join our Lab Operations & Coordination department as a process assistant and help us to serve our customers! As a member of our XLSO group (XPLORE Lab Support and Operations), you will play a key role in giving process service on dicing activities and general process activities like deposition, metal evaporation, preparing samples for litho development, ...
1. You enjoy hands-on development activities, working with a set of various high-end processing tools.
2. You will execute and support various process steps in semiconductor and nanotechnology.
3. Collaborate closely with engineers and other team members to meet weekly research targets.
4. Provide feedback on potential process optimizations or tool-related issues.
5. You are willing to work in a daytime early/late shift regime (6:00-14:00/14:00-22:00) and 1 weekend out of 2.

Who you are
6. You have a Bachelor’s degree with approximately 3-5 years relevant experience or a Master’s degree in Science or Engineering.
7. You have a background in semiconductor engineering; hands-on experience in the semiconductor industry is a great plus.
8. You are a team player who enjoys pushing the boundaries of novel technology together with your colleagues.
9. You can prioritize assignments and work independently, within the overall project scope & definition.
10. You are proficient in English.
