Responsibilities
* Analyze and handle damage declarations (average of 15 per day).
* Manage cases from A to Z, ensuring necessary changes and adjustments.
* Determine case responsibility and transfer to the appropriate insurer.
* Control that every administrative step is accurate.
* Coordinate phone calls and email contacts with clients, keeping them informed at every step.
* Maintain close contact with and external experts, brokers, insurers, fleet managers, and other suppliers.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Finance, Law, or a related field.
* At least 2 years of professional experience in insurance, leasing, or brokerage (B2C or B2B).
* Fluency in French and/or Dutch; proficiency in English.
* Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.
* Autonomous, able to work under strict deadlines, and define priorities.
