Project Manager – ERP Implementation
We are looking for an experienced ERP Implementation Project Manager to oversee and
drive the successful deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including
its integration with SAP and Oracle Fusion. The ideal candidate brings a strong end-to-end
Supply Chain background, hands-on experience managing ERP projects, and the ability to
challenge and validate business requirements to keep the project on track and within scope.
You will work closely with internal business teams, external system integrators, and senior
leadership to ensure that the solution design, build, testing, and go-live are carried out
effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Delivery
• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Business Central, ensuring successful
delivery of all phases (design, build, testing, deployment, hypercare).
• Coordinate and manage integration activities between Business Central, SAP, and
Oracle Fusion, working with technical teams and architects.
• Maintain a detailed project plan, milestones, risks log, and status reporting.
• Ensure adherence to timeline, scope, quality, and budget targets.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across internal and external teams.
Business Analysis & Requirements Management
• Work closely with business stakeholders to capture, validate, and challenge
requirements to prevent scope creep.
• Translate business needs into clear functional documentation and ensure
alignment with technical teams.
• Facilitate fit-gap analysis and propose robust, scalable solutions.
• Ensure strong change management and user adoption practices.
Supply Chain Process Expertise
• Provide subject-matter expertise across E2E Supply Chain processes, including:
o Demand planning & forecasting
o Procurement
o Inventory & warehouse management
o Order-to-cash
o Logistics & distribution
• Ensure ERP configuration fully supports operational processes and KPIs.
Technical & Integration
• Support the definition and implementation of API-based integrations.
• Work with architects and developers to troubleshoot system and data flow issues.
• Ensure appropriate data governance, migration, and validation activities.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
• Engage and manage multiple stakeholders (internal functions, external vendors, SI
partners).
• Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations for CxO and senior leadership.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and decisions with clarity and assertiveness.
Financial & Strategic Skills
• Prepare business cases, cost-benefit analyses, ROI calculations, and decisionsupport material.
• Contribute to long-term system roadmap and process optimization initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of experience in ERP implementation or project management roles.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV) is
highly preferred.
• Experience integrating ERP systems with SAP and/or Oracle Fusion.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end Supply Chain processes.
• Demonstrated ability to challenge requirements and control project scope.
• Experience with API / middleware integration.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to prepare and present materials for
executive audiences.
• Assertive, structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable in complex environments.
• Ability to manage several workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Fluent in English (written & spoken).
Nice-to-Have
• Professional certifications (PMP, Prince2, Agile, Prosci, etc.).
• Experience in multi-site ERP rollouts.
