Role/Responsibilities
* Configure and maintain SAP HCM Payroll for Belgium (PY-BE).
* Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional SAP Payroll solutions.
* Support payroll processing, testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
* Ensure compliance with Belgian payroll legislation, tax regulations, and social security requirements.
* Perform payroll schema and rule configuration as required.
* Execute payroll simulations, parallel runs, and validation activities.
* Support year-end payroll activities and legislative updates.
* Collaborate with HR, Finance, and technical teams during project delivery.
