As a HVAC Sales Engineer, you will be the driving force behind their sales strategy, helping clients optimize their building automation systems. Your mission? To deliver cutting-edge solutions that enhance energy efficiency, sustainability, and operational performance for their key customers.

Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities in the BMS, HVAC, and energy management sectors.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
* Provide technical expertise and tailor-made BMS solutions to meet customer needs.
* Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, presentations, and quotations.
* Work closely with engineering and project teams to ensure seamless project execution.
* Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations in smart building technology.
Experience Required:
* Proven experience in sales within BMS, HVAC, or building automation sectors.
* A results-driven mindset with strong negotiation and communication skills.
* Ability to understand complex customer needs and translate them into tailored solutions.
* Able to speak in English, Dutch and French.
