Within the TSS Group, Cipal Schaubroeck supports the recruitment activities for several Belgian entities. One of these is B. Rekencentra, a well‐established company within TSS that has been developing innovative software solutions for both custom-built projects and the aviation sector for many years.
For B. Rekencentra, we are looking for multiple developers who want to apply their expertise within one of two specialised teams: Custom Projects or Aviation. During the selection process, we will work together with each candidate to determine which department best matches their interests and technical strengths.
About the Departments
Custom Projects
* This team develops tailor‐made software for clients. The projects are diverse, technically challenging, and require a broad perspective on analysis, development, and integration.
Aviation
* This department builds software that supports airlines with weight & balance calculations (critical calculations that determine whether an aircraft can depart safely and efficiently). The focus lies on accuracy, stability, and complex algorithmic logic.
Role and Responsibilities
Developers at B. Rekencentra contribute to the full software development lifecycle. Typical responsibilities include:
Development
* Writing clean, efficient, and well‐documented code.
* Building new functionalities and optimising existing modules.
Analysis
* Understanding functional requirements.
* Translating these requirements into technical solutions.
Testing
* Performing unit and integration tests to ensure quality and stability.
Maintenance
* Resolving bugs and implementing improvements in existing systems.
Documentation
* Applying version control.
* Maintaining technical documentation for future reference.
Profile
Technical Skills
We are looking for developers with a broad technical foundation. The following technologies are relevant for both departments:
* React.js
* C#
* SQL / PLSQL (Oracle)
* C++
Experience with all technologies is not required; a strong foundation in React.js and C# is most important. Knowledge of SQL/PLSQL and C++ is considered an asset.
