Responsibilities include:Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with business objectives and brand positioning.Lead and coach the e-commerce team to drive performance and operational excellence.Monitor key e-commerce metrics and use data-driven insights to improve sales, conversion, and customer retention.Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams on campaign planning, promotions, and inventory coordination.Enhance the user experience (UX/UI), manage SEO/SEM initiatives, leverage analytics tools, and oversee customer feedback processes.Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce management, ideally in retail or consumer products.Strong commercial mindset with the ability to drive online sales performance.Solid expertise in e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics.Leadership experience with the ability to manage a diverse team and work effectively cross-functionally.Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented; fluent in Englishand French (Dutch is a plus).Freelance mission, e-commerce manager, 3-6 months
