We are proud to support more than 350 clients from various sectors - Insurance & Mutual, Telecommunications, Energy, Construction, etc.

We are looking for: Sales-Account Executive – Lead Generation Partnerships

📍 Barcelona, Spain

🕓 Full-time, hybrid environment

🌍 Languages: English required; Spanish preferred


🧠 Key Responsibilities

Account Management

* Own day-to-day relationships with existing clients).
* Ensure smooth delivery of campaigns — from lead quality to performance reporting.
* Translate marketing data into clear commercial insights for clients.
* Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities within your portfolio.
* Collaborate with media buyers, operations, and tech teams to optimize delivery and profitability.
* Travel to client offices or events to strengthen relationships and present performance reviews.
* Anticipate client needs and proactively offer solutions before they become issues.


Prospecting & Growth

* Research and contact potential clients in Vertigo’s main verticals (Energy, Insurance, Internet, Pet, Health, etc.).
* Qualify leads and book meetings for discovery and proposal stages.
* Own the full sales cycle from first point of contact to onboarding and account management
* Use CRM to maintain pipeline visibility and track performance.
* Work closely with marketing to align outbound messaging and campaigns.


🧩 Profile & Skills

* Fluent in French and English (both spoken and written).
* Spanish proficiency is a strong advantage.
* 1–3 years of experience in account management, B2B sales, or digital marketing.
* Comfortable with numbers, CRM tools, and performance dashboards.
* Confident communicator — both in calls and written presentations.
* Resilient, proactive, and eager to grow in a fast-paced international environment.


🔥 What Success Looks Like


Within 6 months, you will:

* Build trusted relationships with key clients.
* Generate a steady flow of new qualified leads.
* Grow your portfolio’s contribution to Vertigo’s overall profit.
* Become a central connector between the sales, media, and data teams.


What We Offer

* Base salary: €36,000 – €42,000 (depending on experience)


Performance bonus: €10,000 based on portfolio growth and client retention
