We're looking for an experienced
Talent Acquisition Manager
to join our international HR Team (freelance or employee contract).
In this role, you'll take the
functional lead
in global recruitment, fostering collaboration across regions and driving best practices through your expertise.
You'll work
closely with hiring managers and the local HR teams
to attract, assess and hire talent for both operational and strategic positions.
Your expertise will ensure a consistent, high-quality recruitment approach that supports VYNCKE's sustainable growth worldwide.
As our Talent Acquisition Manager, you:
* Act as process owner for all recruitment activities
, manage and optimize the ATS, and mentor Talent Acquisition Specialists across different countries to guarantee consistent and high-quality practices worldwide.
* Partner with senior management and key stakeholders
to advise on talent strategies, balancing immediate business priorities with long-term cultural and organization goals.
* Act as experienced recruiter,
managing the most complex, strategic hirings yourself.
* Lead employer branding initiatives
, stay ahead of labor market trends, and develop expertise to position VYNCKE as an authentic employer internationally.
* Build and maintain a strong external network
, providing market insights and data-driven recommendations. You are on top of the latest best practices & technologies.
We imagine our ideal candidate would:
* Hold a master's degree or have equivalent relevant experience.
* Have at least 7 years of in-house recruitment experience, including 3 years in international recruitment and experience managing a team.
* Have strong knowledge of common recruitment methods, sourcing methodologies, interviewing techniques and employer branding initiatives.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders and candidates in a clear, timely and respectful way.
* Be fluent in Dutch and English. Any additional language is a plus.
* Be open to collaborating on either an indefinite employment contract or a service agreement.
