We are currently recruiting a Personal Assistant for one of our clients, a law firm based in Brussels.
* Assist senior executive with diary management, correspondence, presentations, phone calls, and messages
* Manage complex international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, client meetings, and expense tracking
* Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and conferences with clients and colleagues
* Handle file management (paper and digital), ensuring proper organization of documents and correspondence
* Oversee extensive email management, responding to inquiries in the absence of lawyers
* Assist with invoice preparation and liaise with partners, associates, and finance teams
* Provide support to visiting executives and update contact lists
* 10+ years of similar experience
* Fluent in English, French and Dutch
* Proficient in MS Office
* Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
monthly salary in line with experience
