Freelance Front-End Developer (Angular) – 3-6 Months

In order to grow further, address new markets and better serve our customers, we are looking for a Freelance Front-End Developer to join our R&D Mechanical Team, based in Wavre, Belgium.
Let’s talk about your role
As a first step, your priority will be to get acquainted with our products and way of working, and to contribute to the daily work of your team. Your role and responsibility will cover varied areas related to the robotics products and accessories :
* Convert UI/UX design mocks into responsive, high-quality web interfaces using Angular.
* Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with HTML, CSS, typescript in an Angular(18+) project
* Collaborate with designers and back-end developers to implement interactive and dynamic web features.
* Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize performance across devices.
* Participate in code reviews and suggest improvements to enhance development processes.
Your Profile
* Proven experience in front-end development with strong proficiency in Angular.
* Expertise in HTML, CSS, and typescript, with a focus on building responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
* Experience translating design mocks (e.g., Figma, Sketch) into functional UI.
* Familiarity with Git for version control.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Working knowledge of English (written and spoken)
* Good knowledge of French (written and spoken) is a plus
Nice to have
* Experience with other front-end frameworks (React, Vue.js).
* Ability to create UI/UX design proposals or mocks (e.g., using Figma, Sketch, or similar tools).
* Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration.
* Familiarity with UI/UX design principles or tools like Figma.
* Previous freelance or contract-based work experience.
Geographical scope
We encourage and support flexibility by enabling our employees to work from home for 2 days a week.
Easy reachable by car and public transportation, our office is located in Wavre, 25km south of Brussels.
