About The Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the user experience for AI-powered enterprise healthcare platforms. This role focuses on designing internal operational systems, transforming complex data into intuitive decision‑making tools for healthcare executives and leadership teams. This is a strategic role at the intersection of AI, healthcare operations, and enterprise software.
What You'll Be Doing
* Design AI‑native enterprise workflows for healthcare operations
* Architect dashboards and operational intelligence systems for hospital leadership
* Transform dense datasets into intuitive interfaces
* Design "Human-in-the-Loop" AI validation and auditing experiences
* Create UX patterns for AI-generated insights and recommendations
* Collaborate with engineers to design scalable systems
* Conduct workflow immersion with operators and hospital teams
* Influence understanding of physician behavior and operational efficiency
* Contribute to design systems and AI interaction frameworks
What We're Looking For
* 5+ years of experience in Product Design/UX Design
* Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional product thinking
* Experience designing complex B2B or workflow-heavy products
* Strong systems thinking and information architecture skills
* Excellent communication and storytelling abilities
* Fluency in Figma and modern design workflows
* Curiosity about AI and emerging interaction models

* Experience with AI-native products
