Bearaby is a design-led wellness brand creating beautiful, sustainable sleep and comfort products that help people rest better. We are looking for an Affiliate + PR Manager to grow our performance and brand-building channels: affiliate, publisher, creator, commerce, and PR-driven partnerships.

This is a highly cross-functional role for someone who is equally comfortable digging into Impact reporting, negotiating commission structures, briefing partners on a launch, coordinating product seeding with PR agencies, and turning campaign results into clear recommendations.


About the role

The Affiliate + PR Manager will own Bearaby’s affiliate program end-to-end while partnering closely with our PR agencies and internal marketing team on product launches, seasonal campaigns, media opportunities, events, and brand storytelling.

You will manage and scale our affiliate ecosystem across Impact and other partner platforms, recruit and nurture high-quality publishers, creators, commerce editors, review sites, shopping platforms, and brand-aligned partners, and ensure every partner has the messaging, assets, offers, links, tracking, and product information they need to drive meaningful results.

The ideal candidate understands that affiliate is both a performance channel and a brand channel. You know how to optimize for revenue, CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, commission efficiency, and incrementality, while also protecting brand voice, supporting editorial relationships, and creating thoughtful moments around product launches and PR campaigns.


What you’ll do

Own and scale the affiliate program

* Manage Bearaby’s affiliate program day-to-day across Impact and other relevant platforms, including partner approvals, onboarding, tracking links, commission rules, promo codes, creative assets, product feeds, partner communications, reporting, and troubleshooting.
* Develop and execute a roadmap to grow affiliate revenue, improve partner quality, expand reach, and align affiliate activity with Bearaby’s seasonal campaigns, new product launches, promotions, and brand storytelling moments.
* Recruit, vet, onboard, and manage a high-quality partner mix across commerce publishers, shopping editors, review sites, wellness and sleep creators, creator-affiliates, content partners, loyalty partners, and other performance-based partnerships.
* Negotiate commission rates, placements, bonuses, CPA targets, exclusives, and incentive structures that balance partner motivation with Bearaby’s profitability and brand goals.
* Continuously evaluate partner performance, incrementality, profitability, and quality of traffic; identify which partners should be scaled, optimized, restructured, or removed.

Support PR, launches, and brand storytelling

* Work closely with Bearaby’s PR agencies to support product launches, events, press moments, media outreach, award submissions, gifting, editor relationships, and launch messaging.
* Coordinate product seeding and gifting for priority editors, publishers, affiliates, creators, and PR contacts, ensuring follow-through from outreach to shipment to coverage tracking.
* Translate product positioning, brand messaging, founder POV, sustainability claims, certifications, and launch priorities into clear partner-facing briefs, talking points, newsletters, and campaign kits.
* Partner with brand, ecommerce, creative, lifecycle, and performance teams to ensure affiliates and PR partners have accurate product information, imagery, landing pages, claims, offers, and campaign timing.
* Identify opportunities where PR coverage, affiliate placements, creator content, commerce articles, gift guides, and events can work together to drive both awareness and measurable revenue.

Analyze, report, and optimize

* Build weekly and monthly affiliate reporting across revenue, traffic, conversion rate, AOV, CAC/CPA, ROAS, commission rate, partner performance, content type, promo performance, and launch impact.
* Use Impact, GA4, Shopify/ecommerce data, UTM tracking, and platform reports to diagnose performance, spot trends, and recommend next steps.
* Maintain clean tracking and attribution practices, including links, UTMs, promo codes, placement tracking, commission logic, partner segmentation, and campaign naming.
* Monitor compliance, brand safety, promo code leakage, trademark bidding, coupon behavior, FTC disclosure expectations, and partner content quality.
* Share insights with internal stakeholders and PR agencies so the team understands what partners, messages, products, offers, and placements are driving results.


What we’re looking for

* 3–5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, performance marketing, influencer/creator commerce, PR-adjacent marketing, or ecommerce growth, ideally for a DTC, consumer, home, wellness, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brand.
* Hands-on experience managing affiliate programs in Impact; experience with Rakuten, CJ, ShareASale, Awin, LTK, ShopMy, Skimlinks, or similar platforms is a plus.
* Strong understanding of affiliate partner types, including commerce publishers, editorial partners, content creators, influencers, review sites, loyalty/cashback, coupon, paid affiliate, sub-networks, and shopping platforms.
* Experience negotiating commission structures, flat fees, bonuses, paid placements, exclusives, and partner incentives.
* Strong analytical skills and comfort working with affiliate dashboards, GA4, UTM tracking, Shopify/ecommerce metrics, spreadsheets, and performance reports.
* Experience supporting product launches, seasonal campaigns, PR moments, gifting, or agency coordination.
* Excellent written communication skills; able to write partner newsletters, campaign briefs, outreach notes, product talking points, and performance recaps.
* Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple launches, partners, timelines, product requests, and reporting deadlines at once.
* A strong sense of brand taste and partner fit; able to protect Bearaby’s premium, design-led, wellness-focused positioning while growing performance.
* Comfortable working cross-functionally with PR agencies, creative, ecommerce, lifecycle, paid media, product, operations, and customer experience teams.
