Position: Digital Project Manager - Integrated Strategic Evidence Generation (ISEG)
Location: Brussels, Anderlecht, Belgium
Client: Pharmaceutical
Type - FTE: 11 months contract - full-time
Main Responsibilities
* Lead digital initiatives within ISEG to modernize collaboration and proposal management platforms
* Review, migrate, and relaunch SharePoint (Classic to Modern), including governance, content strategy, and user adoption
* Enhance the ISEG Proposal Review platform (UX, workflows, dashboards, automation, and QA standards)
* Design and implement a digital post-hoc proposal platform, from requirements and MVP to global rollout
* Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and ensure compliance with data governance and quality standards
* Drive change management through training, communication, and onboarding materials
Main Requirements
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Digital Technology, Business, or related field
* Proven experience in digital project management (healthcare, pharma, or evidence generation preferred)
* Strong expertise in SharePoint modernization, workflow automation, and digital platforms
* Experience with proposal or submission management systems and dashboard reporting
* Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and change leadership skills
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process optimization capabilities
