Operationele afhandeling van bestellingen en opvolging binnen de supply chainFungeren als intern aanspreekpunt voor vragen over lopende ordersInitiëren en realiseren van verbeterprojecten binnen Procurement.Daarnaast ben je back-up binnen het Procurement team wat betreft selectie en contracteren van (nieuwe) leveranciers, onderhandelen over commerciële voorwaarden en het beheren van de volledige contractcyclus, inclusief periodieke evaluaties (QBR's).

About the Role - As a Procurement Operations Specialist, you'll be the operational linchpin and multitasker who monitors and strengthens the continuity of our purchasing department. You'll ensure that our purchasing processes run smoothly, accurately, and are future-proof. You'll help ensure that processes are accurate, data is reliable, and colleagues can rely on a stable Procurement organization.
Monitoring delivery times and proactively addressing deviationsOperational order processing and follow-up within the supply chainInitiating and implementing improvement projects within Procurement.You will also be the back-up within the Procurement team for selecting and contracting (new) suppliers, negotiating commercial terms, and managing the entire contract cycle, including periodic reviews (QBRs).
