You will play a key role in delivering mission-critical security projects for prestigious clients such as public institutions and international organizations. Your Mission As Technical Project Manager, you coordinate security installation projects from offer preparation to final acceptance and invoicing. You combine technical expertise, operational coordination, financial follow-up, and client management to ensure each project is delivered: ✔ On time ✔ Within budget ✔ In full compliance with security and quality standards ✔ With high client satisfaction Your Responsibilities Project Coordination & Execution Manage the full project lifecycle: planning, execution, supervision, acceptance & handover Analyze client needs and validate technical specifications Support the preparation of technical and commercial offers with Sales Plan installations and coordinate technicians & subcontractors Order equipment, manage licenses and logistics Supervise on-site works, safety compliance and quality Ensure proper delivery of “as-built” documentation Financial & Administrative Follow-up Monitor project budgets and protect margins Approve subcontractor services and supplier invoices Prepare billing files Analyze project profitability during and after execution Client Relations Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project Represent and promote Fichet’s high-value security solutions Ensure transparent, professional communication You will work closely with Sales, Planning, Technicians, Experts and Management in a flat, human-sized organization where ownership and collaboration are key. Your Profile Education & Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering / Electromechanics or equivalent 3+ years of experience in a technical project or installation environment Experience in project coordination or site supervision Background in security, electromechanics, automation or electronic systems is a strong plus Technical Skills Strong MS Excel skills (mandatory) Basic IT, network & electronic systems knowledge Able to read technical drawings ERP / Power BI experience is a plus Knowledge of project management methodologies Soft Skills Excellent communication with clients, technicians & subcontractors Leadership and field coordination skills Proactive, structured, reliable Client-oriented with a commercial mindset Fluent in Dutch & French and English
