In this challenging role, you will work on designing, developing, and maintaining a self-service platform, making a direct contribution to streamlining the software delivery process.

Experience:
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Your Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and maintain a self-service platform with standardized CI/CD templates, application templates, and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) templates.
* Manage Backstage as the central portal for all templates and automation.
* Integrate security and performance tools into CI/CD pipelines.
* Collaborate with the Cloud & Infrastructure team to provide cloud-ready infrastructure templates.
* Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
* Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for platform tools and processes.
Your Profile:
* Proven experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, application templates, and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform).
* Technical expertise with DevOps tools (Gitlab, Docker, Kubernetes).
* Knowledge of integrating security and performance tools into CI/CD pipelines.
* Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
* Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
* Knowledge of managing Backstage or similar developer portals is a plus.
* Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus.

* CI/CD & DevOps Tools: GitLab CI, FluxCD, Nexus, Jira Xray
* Cloud & Kubernetes: AWS, Docker/Kaniko/BuildKit, Kubernetes, Helm, Harbor, OCP/OKE
* Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Ansible
* Observability & Monitoring: ELK, Dynatrace, Splunk
* Security & Compliance: SAST(e.g. Snyk)/DAST, SonarQube
* Scripting & Automation: Python, Bash, Go, YAML, JSON, React, Node, WireMock, Playwright
