Key Account Managers at NIQ are tactical, strategical and can talk to any specialist to understand the evolving market and how NIQ can help tackle key business needs. They develop close relationships with clients from different key accounts and have an impressive array of skills & abilities to ensure that client is central whilst protecting NIQ’s interest.
For our location in Leuven, we are looking for a powerful personality with a lot of energy who is just one step ahead and is business driven to join our already enthusiastic team.
This might be for you if:
* you dare to negotiate and ensure more sales, growth and profit at our largest clients. Start conversations with (potential) clients about their challenges, goals & needs and links them to NIQ’s services;
* you are able to generate new business, expand your network at all levels within an organization and feel home at events, outside the office, basically anywhere and with anyone.
* you are a customer-oriented person that enjoys listening and understanding the clients’ needs to then translate them into NIQ’s portfolio of solutions.
* you can work with different departments both regionally and internationally to make sure you understand and offer a portfolio that addresses deep business issues.
* you are not scared of challenges and can follow a customer intimacy approach and strategy to provide value to our clients.
* you ike talking to people, help them do their job better, are able to negotiate and understand the premium service you will be offering to our clients.
* you like to be part of a supporting team and can enjoy NIQ’s culture, which includes team buildings, gatherings and lots of social events and interaction with colleagues, as well as an environment to keep learning and growing.
You have:
* Master’s or bachelor’s degree, or equivalent working experience in Marketing, Branding, Market Research
* At least 3 years of proven sales experience, with strong commercial and relationship management skills
* A winning spirit and a true passion that brings innovative ideas.
* Problem/solving analytical skills, able to see the big picture as well as to dive into the details.
* Good interpersonal and communication skills in Dutch, English and French.
* Experience within and knowledge of custom market research.
* Tech & Durables industry knowledge and understanding.
