We are currently looking for a Data Scientist.
The clients of Trilations are Business Insights leaders and their teams within leading companies in the pharmaceutical sector, both domestically and internationally (EU, LATAM, Americas, and Asia). Our consultants work closely with the client’s team and support them in translating their business challenges into concrete projects, setting up and executing the analysis plan, and ultimately sharing newly obtained insights.
In your role as a Data Scientist, you will work closely with both the internal Trilations project team and the client’s team. You support our consultants by delivering valuable insights derived from analyses of large quantitative and qualitative datasets coming from clients or from our own market research. The results of your analyses help clients focus on improvements that deliver the highest ROI. In addition to client projects, you will contribute to the internal Data & Insights Team by leveraging the current data structure and helping to think about the data needs of tomorrow!

You will contribute to the innovation of Trilations by developing new data-driven services.
You have a Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, AI, IT, Engineering, Experimental Psychology, ...). You have solid knowledge of Python (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, or equivalent) and SQL;
Experience with LLMs, LangChain, Agents & RAG Techniques are a strong asset;
You have a proactive attitude and are capable of independently managing projects while collaborating effectively with diverse teams across an organization;
You are passionate about data and enjoy working in a team;
You have a strong interest in the life sciences sector and ambition to grow. Experience and/or knowledge in the pharmaceutical sector is a plus.
