Internship in Recruitment
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to assist our talent acquisition team in various aspects of HR and recruitment. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
* You will review and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates, highlighting key skills, qualifications, and experiences.
* You will send initial messages to candidates to confirm interest and gather basic information, coordinating initial screening calls or interviews.
* You will assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating logistics, ensuring candidates receive all necessary information regarding interviews.
* You will provide general administrative support to the recruitment team, such as filing, organizing documents, and managing calendars.
* You will support the coordination of training programs, workshops, and seminars for employees and help with the training registration.
* You will help gather signatures for different contracts and documents from other departments.
Requirements
* You are currently pursuing a degree in HR, Law, Psychology, Management, Communications, or other related fields that align with our requirements.
* You possess strong organizational skills.
* You are motivated and eager to learn.
* You are communicative and can effectively convey your thoughts and ideas.
* Trustworthiness and reliability are essential traits for this role.
* You thrive as a team player, collaborating and contributing to collective goals.
* Fluency in English and Dutch/French is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
* You are available for a minimum of 12 weeks, but preferably for a longer duration to maximize your internship experience.
