Education required: You are regularly enrolled in a Master in Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing or similar fields in an Educational Establishment located in Europe.
Language requirement: English is a must have
Expected start date: As soon as possible
Duration: 6 months
Work arrangements: Hybrid (2 days on site and 3 homeworking)
Requisite: The internship must be mandatory & done in the framework of the curriculum, for which an agreement must be signed between GSK, the student and the Educational Establishment.
Remuneration: according to Belgian legal requirements, the internship will not be paid. However, some expenses will be reimbursed.

What will you do? Where does the role fit?
1. Work on market launch activities
2. Operational activities - Take on tasks within the team
3. Assisting Senior Planning Manager in operational Supply Management activities in interaction with Market and global stakeholders
4. Assisting Senior Planning Manager in working on training initiatives in the supply chain environment
5. Conducting shipment distributions (air or sea) and work on proposals to optimize our time and cost efficiencies
6. Providing support for master data set up and ensuring data quality
7. Managing the cessation of supply / Shortage reporting processes to stakeholders
8. Supporting and improving the Inventory Review Process
9. Support and Lead transversal projects in the planning department
10. Gather data on release performance and proactively follow/report to the Senior Manager
11. Supporting continuous improvement projects related to supply chain planning
12. Taking on coordination responsibilities within larger projects, including clarifying task scopes, aligning milestones, defining, and tracking completion of actions, and reporting progress to the project manager
13. Continuous development of the Onboarding handbook for newcomers

16. Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, as well as excellent communication skills
