Strategic Business Development Manager – Logistics & Transport Based in Brussels | €5,000–7,000/month gross + bonus + company car | Full-timeWe are a leading packaging and freight solutions provider serving clients across Europe and beyond. To accelerate our growth, we’re looking for a strategic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition through consultative, solution-based selling alongside managing strategic key accounts. Key ResponsibilitiesTake the lead with new potential strategic clients working on complex sales cycles with multi-national clients.Lead consultative discussions with senior executives to understand their freight and packaging needs.Work closely with internal teams to develop customized, competitive proposals.Represent the company at key client meetings, industry events, and trade shows.Travel regularly within Belgium and up to 10 times per year internationally. Your Profile8+ years of experience in business development or strategic account management, ideally in logistics, packaging, transport, or a related sector.Strong track record in winning new business with international or enterprise clients.Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.Familiar with markets across the world.Skilled in negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and navigating complex sales cycles.Independent, structured, and collaborative.
