The main purpose of the role grow sales with extensive customer contact.
Tasks
* Develop and implement Sales initiatives and strategies to target customers for new business development
* Identify and promote products to Industries where dyes and pigments are used. for new business development
* Development and execution of Sales plan to achieve the targeting, exhibition
* Customer site visits to discuss their needs, sales promotion and assess the quality of the company’s relationship with them and collect market knowledge
* Development and execution of Sales plan to achieve the targettions, exhibition
and other databases ( Google, magazine, etc)
* To generate leads and close new deals
* Prepare Sales Budget on CRM
* Benchmarking competitors: Analyze and collect competitor information to improve sales strategies.
* Encourage generating new leads through telephone conversations, exhibition llowing internal procedure
* Exhibitions – Participation &/or attendance required
* Diagnose causes of customer complaints, and give solution.
* Follow up critical debtors

* Set target, evaluate and monitor to ensure company targets are met.
* Discuss Price quotations, samples requests, projects utilizing in-house CRM follow internal procedure
Requirements
Sales experience in business-to-business selling
* Fluent in writing and spoken English and local languages
* Extensive customer contact for product promotion.
* Technical and brief application knowledge
* Excellent business relationship management skills, persuading and influencing people to generate and secure higher levels of business.
* build powerful presentations to deliver sales messages and overcome resistance.
* structured powerful persuasive techniques in a patient, calm and effective way
* Use of IT ( SAP, SAGE, Microsoft word, excel, access and Internet)
* Sales experience in business to business selling
