As a Commercial Advisor (M/F/X) your tasks are going to be:
* Provide personalized advice and solutions to clients in the Banking & Financial Services sector.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and support.
* Analyze client needs and propose tailored financial products and services.
* Act as the first point of contact for inquiries and resolve client concerns efficiently.
* Work with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Stay updated on market trends and industry developments to provide relevant advice.
* Prepare and present client reports and documentation accurately and on time.
* Contribute to achieving team and individual sales targets.
Profil recherché
A successful Commercial Advisor (M/F/X) should have:
* A background in Banking & Financial Services or a related field.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to analyze and understand client needs effectively.
* A customer-focused mindset with a solution-oriented approach.
* Proficiency in administrative and organizational tasks.
* Knowledge of financial products and services is an asset.
* Fluency in French and/or English; additional languages are a plus.
