Do you want to play a key role in the success of our customers? As a Customer Success Officer or Loyalty Agent, you will be part of our extensive Customer Services Team. You are proactive and anticipate potential challenges that our customers may face when using our products. Your expertise covers our products, including Strada lex, Taxwin, Mijn tips & advies, and more. You enjoy sharing this in-depth knowledge with our customers, thus enhancing optimal customer relationships.

Your Role

* Post-purchase, guide and support customers in the optimal use of their purchased online tools. You are their first point of contact for questions regarding product functionalities or commercial aspects. You carefully assess how to assist them further.
* Your responsibilities include registration, login assistance, resolving first-line technical issues, guiding customers in using our websites, and conducting product training.
* You act as a guide during the onboarding process for new customers, responding promptly and leaving nothing to chance.
* You follow up on customer cases and assess their satisfaction. You adjust as necessary and communicate internally to find forward-looking solutions.
* You provide oral and written support to Dutch-speaking customers.
* Customer satisfaction is paramount to you. You actively engage with existing customers, promote the use of our products, and ensure their optimal utilization.
* When complaints arise, you view this as an opportunity to rekindle customer happiness.

Your Profile

* Ideally, you have a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role. You possess strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.
* You are a native Dutch speaking. You have a good command of English. Knowledge of French is a plus.
* Attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset are essential.
* A positive attitude and proactive approach are key to success in this role.
