As a Customer Service Administrator to join their Preventive Maintenance team. In this role, you will support both customers and internal teams by ensuring smooth order follow-up, planning, and contract management. As a Customer Service Administrator to join their Preventive Maintenance team. In this role, you will support both customers and internal teams by ensuring smooth order follow-up, planning, and contract management. Tasks: Act as a primary contact for B2B customers across Central and Eastern Europe. Manage and follow up on service contracts (calculations, preparation, renewals). Plan and coordinate annual preventive maintenance visits. Handle administrative tasks related to invoicing and reporting. Support the commercial team with customer proposals (e.g., offering solutions when contracts are nearing expiry). Collaborate closely with technical colleagues to ensure excellent customer satisfaction. We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator that : Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Customer Service or a similar administrative role. Strong communication skills with fluency in English and German (both written and spoken). A genuine technical affinity and interest in working in a technical/industrial environment. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities. A true team player with a proactive and hands-on attitude.
