Job Description
The Commercial Director will be responsible for defining and transforming the strategic & operational long- and short terms plans of the Belgium operations. Furthermore:
1. Setting Goals: Developing key performance goals and managing the performance of staff to meet the set goals.
2. Strategic Planning & Performance Monitoring: Creating and implementing strategies for business growth, tracking and assessing the performance of teams and individual employees.
3. Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control to ensure financial health.
4. Operations Management: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including production, logistics and customer service.
5. Staff Management: Overseeing recruitment, hiring, and training processes.
6. Policy Implementation: Enforcing business policies, procedures and processes.
7. Conflict Resolution: Resolving internal and external conflicts through mediation.
8. Stakeholder Relations: Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers and partners.
9. Experience and management of new product launches: sales & marketing / e-commerce etc.
