**Project Lead: Heavy Lifting and Transport Operations**
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, discussing their requests and providing explanations. Prepare Projects from Scratch
* Develop technical solutions and perform calculations to support project planning.
* Draft lifting plans or provide instructions to designers.
* Organize logistics, prepare safety and quality documentation.
Monitor project progress in terms of operational advancement, budget, scope, and timing.
Lead on-site teams, motivating and coaching staff members to ensure high-quality work.
Manage project finances and administration, reporting to the Project Operations Manager.
Collaborate closely with other engineers, designers, crane operators, riggers, and supervisors.
This role requires a master's degree in industrial engineering or related field.
Motivated graduates are welcome; experience as a Project Engineer, Tender Engineer, or Project Manager is advantageous.
Proficient communication skills in English are essential, with proficiency in French an advantage.
Familiarity with computers, including MS Office and drafting software like AutoCAD.
A flexible attitude towards tasks, working hours, and locations is necessary.
This permanent contract offers full-time employment (40 hours/week) with flexible working hours.
